Mac and Cheese in the News

Orillia, Ontario food bank The Sharing Place is holding a mac and cheese fundraising dinner this June. Don Evans, the food bank's executive director, said that they chose to serve mac and cheese since doing so will "remind people that not all of us are able to enjoy a seven-course steak dinner when we choose." Personally, I'd take mac and cheese over a steak dinner any day, especially the gourmet fare Evans is promising. It's also great that the best food in the world is being used for such a wonderful cause.
