Mac and Cheese in the News
The New York Times recently featured a great article on Kraft's attempts to market mac and cheese to adults as well as kids. I know that boxed mac and cheese gets a reputation for being a food parents make when they're too tired to make a real dinner for their kids, but hopefully people will begin to understand that some people actually enjoy eating it.
